She holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration,
Organizational behavior from Newport University.
Dr. Renalda Hayek is an Organizational and Human
Resource Development specialist with more than 15 years
experience in Organizational Behavior and HR management.
Her major strengths are in business development, Human
resource strategy elaboration, HR systems, design and
implementation, and change management.
She occupied several strategic positions among which the
HR director at “France Telecom Mobile Liban”, and is
actually the HR director of Holcim Liban.
She consults with a variety of employers and she is a
lecturer at three major universities in HR field. She
conducts several compensation and benefit surveys. She
Managed the restructuring of several HR Department and
supervised the implementation and configuration of HR
Information System namely Oracle finance and PeopleSoft.
