Obtained his Master's Degree in Engineering Operations
Economics from Washington University as well as his
Bachelor's Degree.
Mr. Abdel Aziz currently works as an Assistant General
Manager in Kuwait Finance House where he undertakes the
responsibility of Human Resources Management,
Development and Training as well as Strategic Planning.
He also works as head of the restructuring program in
the bank and it focuses on the comprehensive
restructuring of organizing, investment and information
systems, and is currently on the verge of applying the
second phase.
His work includes various sectors such and the Kuwait
Petroleum Cooperation, Kuwait Oil Company, the
reconstruction of Northern Kuwait Project, and the
British Kuwait Group. It included strategy designing,
human resources management, modernizing and applying a
job description system and determining job needs which
includes a development process and human resources
