Salem is a Human Resources Executive, working since 1981
with INDEVCO, a major industrial group of companies,
operating in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt . Two
terms advisor to the Ministers of Telecommunication, and
Industry.

Initiated and managed a group wide performance based
compensation system. Managed the installation of two job
evaluation and grading systems. T.P.F. & C and GARY
BERG. Initiated and managed a group wide medical and
life insurance plan. Initiated and managed a group wide
comprehensive benefits program. Initiated and managed a
group wide Training and Development Plan.
Performed leading role in several
