attended several programs at Harvard School of Business.
Mr. Bakhos is the President & CEO, Grid International
MENA Inc., consulting firm specialized in Organizational
Development, and Human Relations in Organizations.
Founder & Managing Director of ScotWork MENA, a
Negotiating Consulting company.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in
consulting, marketing and trading, and general
management in the Middle East, mainly in the Gulf
through his work with National Bank of Kuwait as a head
of M & A, and with Nestle World Trade Corporation as a
General Manager for Kuwait, founder of International
Brands, marketing and distribution Company based in
Kuwait.
Contributed to the successful implementation of major
change programs for several organizations in the Middle
East, such as Saudi Electricity Company- Arab National
Bank- Al-Rajhi Banking and Investment Co- INDEVCO Group,
K.S.A- Kuwait Finance House, HOLCIM Lebanon, France
