The CCFB has
begun its activities
by administering one of the most important certificates
for the Arab Region, the Certified Lender Business
Banker certificate (CLBB), which
recognizes the vital role
of credit and credit officers in developing the regional
economy.
The CCFB presents a variety of banking and financial
certifications which may be obtained; provided that the
candidate meets several requirements such as education,
practical experience, and direct supervisor's
recommendation. Moreover, the candidate needs to sign an
ethics statement and sit for the proper examination in
order to obtain the Certification. After the candidate
receives the CLBB Certificate, his name will be published in the
Members Directory of both the Institute of Certified
Bankers and the Center of Certified Financiers and
Bankers of
the Arab Academy. It is necessary to renew the
certification on a 3-yearly basis through a Continuing
Education Program.
Since 2000 CCFB
has been working to meet its
customers needs;
CCFB will in the near future offer other Certificates in the areas of
Trust and Investments,
Lending and Banking.

Continuing Education Upon achieving
certification status, you must continue to maintain and
enhance your expertise. You are responsible for
completing a designated number of continuing education
(CE) credits every three years. The continuing education
requirements have been established to ensure that you
can document a high level of commitment to maintaining the
knowledge and skill expertise which originally
qualified you to be certified.
