The High Diploma
program aims at fulfilling the needs of Arab
banks, financial institutions and markets,
accounting and financial management
departments in companies and Governmental
agencies for qualified technical manpower
able to deal with modern technologies and
analytical tools in dealing with day-to-day
issues involved in managing these banks and
institutions.
Admission Pre-Requirements
Either of the
following admission requirements for the
High Diploma is acceptable:
A Bachelors degree in one of the
business or economic sciences
(management, accounting, banking and
finance, economics, public
administration or statistics) from an
accredited university or higher
institute, with an average grade of at
least “Pass”. Graduates of Computer
Sciences may be admitted to information
systems, and graduates of Shari’a to
Islamic banking.
A Bachelors degree in other areas of
study. However applicant should complete
a set of prerequisite courses to be
determined in the light of courses taken
in the Bachelors degree.
Graduation Requirements
Pass all 9 courses (27 credit
hours) with an average of 60% per
individual course and a cumulative of
65% for all courses together.
Complete three weeks of field
training in a financial, business, or
Governmental organization.
