a statement of certification
that no part of the
manuscript is copyrighted by
any other publication nor is
under review by any other
formal publication
- It is the primary
responsibility of the author
to obtain proper permission
for the use of any
copyrighted materials in the

Review process
To ensure the high quality
of published material, AcJ
utilizes a group of experts to
review submitted manuscripts.
Upon receipt of the manuscript,
two reviewers are selected from
the Editorial Review Board of
the Journal. The selection is
based upon the particular area
of expertise of the reviewers,
matched to the subject matter of
the submission. An additional
ad-hoc reviewer is also selected
to review the manuscript.
Therefore, each submission is
accordingly blind reviewed by at
least three reviewers. Revised
manuscripts will be reviewed
again by the original review
panel with the addition of one
new reviewer. Return of a
manuscript to the author(s) for
revision does not guarantee
acceptance of the manuscript for
publication. The final decision
will be based upon the comments
of the reviewers, upon their
second review of the revised
manuscript.
Copyright
All copyrights, including
translation of the published
material into other languages
are reserved by the publisher,
The Arab Academy. No part of the
manuscript may be reproduced in
any form without written
permission of the publisher,
except for noncommercial
educational use, such as for
classroom teaching purposes.
Correspondence
The acknowledgement letter
regarding the receipt of the
manuscript will be promptly
sent. The review process will
take approximately 8-16 weeks,
and the author will be notified
concerning the possibility of
publication of the manuscript as
soon as the review process is
completed. All correspondence
will be directed to the first
author of multi-authored
manuscripts. It is the
responsibility of the first
author to communicate with the
other author(s). Authors of
accepted manuscript will be
asked to provide a final copy of
their manuscript in word
document. The accepted
manuscript will be edited by the
Journal copy editor for format
and style. |
