  1. Completing the subscription form
  2. Paying Membership fees
  3. Issuance of Membership Certificate within two weeks after payment of fees
  4. Issuance of membership Card within two weeks after payment of fees
  5. Annual renewal of Membership which starts on the subscription date and ends on the same date the following year
