Training Methods
 
The Institute's open enrollment courses are designed specifically for the client and are very interactive and practical. Our courses are never run as seminars and the average group sizes are kept to 10 or less. However, customized training courses (tailor-made) can be managed for groups of up to 15, depending on the type of training required. All the training is focused on action planning for participants to ensure immediate impact on return to their organization. We now offer training solutions in a selection of media; paper based, CD-ROM, internet, and in a wide range of subjects. It means that we have a large resource at our disposal, so that much more can be achieved beyond the selection to be found in the following pages. The Institute's consultants and experts will always visit the bank/organization before implementing a training program. This ensures that our consultants fully understand the needs of the client's business in advance.
