Based on our vision, which stands for knowledge, skills, and human
resources behavior working in the financial and banking industry,
the Institute plays a leading role in modernizing
and renewing the Arab skills and financial and banking expertise
through:
- Conducting training programs and dividing the training
programs, which are designed and implemented by the training
institute as:
- Planned training courses: the programs that are
previously scheduled by dates and locations and are enlisted
in the annual training plan.
- In house training programs: implemented and designed
according to the request of the contractual party and its
need to implement the training program exclusively for its
employees.
- Local Programs: a number of banks, institutes and
companies in an Arab country jointly in request a
program or a number of programs
especially those which are related
to theoretical needs.
- Internet based training programs.
- Professional Diploma Certificates:
Each group of coherent and related training programs leads to a
professional diploma in a certain specialization.
- International Professional Certificates:
The Institute was able to achieve quality leaps in this field
through focusing on preparation courses for international
professional certificates such as, Certified Lender Business
Banker (CLBB), Certified Bank Branch Manager (CBM), Certified
General Banker (CGB), the ACI Dealing Certificate, the ACI
Settlement Certificate, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA),
Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial
Analyzer (CFA), and Certified Financial Manager (CFM)…etc.
- Training Consultations:
The Institute provided a number of training consultations such
as, building training and career tracks, determining training
needs, restructuring institutes and training centers for
various Arab and financial banks and institutions.
- Specialized Professional Diploma: This certificate comes
after obtaining a High School Certificate and this study is
distinguished by a combination of training and education.
- Conferences and Annual Forums:
A special department has been designated to organize conferences
and forums held by the Academy and it annually implements a
number of them.
