1. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years training delivery experience
2. Multi-sector experience is preferred
3. Multi-bank/financial institution experience is preferred
4. Candidates must be able to deliver some of The Institute's existing open enrollment courses
5. Be able to work with small groups with different individual needs
6. Be prepared to attend sales meetings
7. Candidates must have a delivery style that it is highly interactive i.e. not chalk and talk
8. Be prepared to help develop courses to clients exact needs
9. Candidates must be prepared to deliver 30 minutes of training at the final interview

The Institute is particularly interested in trainers who meet the above standards and are based anywhere in the Arab World, and invites international Arab experts, based anywhere in the world, to apply.
